Service Description
This is when you decide what kind of labour, birth and pain support you want. I help you learn some of the ways you can navigate these waters as naturally (and painlessly)as possible. Upon completion of this session, you will be comfortable using at least two of the techniques you decide on.
(Follow up sessions are available at $30 for 1.5 hours and will build upon the knowledge you learned here. Each session will teach one new technique of your choosing and integrate it with what you learned in prior sessions.)
